We also offer a full compliment of individual events. This year, we are allowing triple entry in speech events.

We will be using a staggered debate schedule to hopefully prevent any need to flight debate rounds. The schedule will be posted soon on the sidebar of this website.

Fees: No school fee will be assessed. Entries will be $10 for individual entries, $20 for partner event entries (Duo, Duet, CX, and PF), $25 for WSD Entries.

Debate Topics: PF and LD will use the appropriate September/October topics for each division (Novice LD will use the Novice LD topic for Sept/Oct)

Open LD: Resolved: Outer space colonization is a moral imperative.

Novice LD:Resolved: In the United States, national service ought to be mandatory.

PF (Both Divisions): Resolved: The United States federal government should enact a moratorium on hyperscale data center construction.

Policy Debate: Resolved: The United States federal government should establish national health insurance in the United States.Because Policy is an Open Division, everyone will be restricted to the use of the 2026-27 NDCA Novice Policy packet.

Congress Entries are Limited Due to Space - we only have enough space for 100 congressional debate entries, MAX. That will make 4 chambers of 25. Our main Auditorium is being renovated and we are at a significant shortage of available space during school hours. Make sure to get your congress entries in early to make sure they have a seat.

TOC Speech Bids will be Available! - We are excited to announce that we have been approved for speech bids for the UK Tournament of Champions! Bids will be available in all relevant TOC Speech events. For information on what bids will be available, see the UK TOC qualification requirements.
