Coaches & Academic Event Grading

We strongly encourage ALL schools to list every coach they will be bringing to the meet in Tabroom.

When registering, please also list your attending coaches in the academic events they are able to grade. This gives tournament staff a much better idea of who will be available to assist with grading throughout the day.

A successful full academic meet requires a collaborative effort from participating schools. The more accurate information we have ahead of time, the better we can organize grading assignments, return results efficiently, and keep the meet running on schedule.

Please list all attending coaches and indicate the academic event(s) they are qualified or comfortable grading.

We greatly appreciate everyone's willingness to help make the meet run smoothly.

Registration & Tournament Communication

We will use Tabroom for tournament registration and communication.

It is important that coaches regularly check the email address associated with their Tabroom account. Information regarding the tournament, schedules, registration updates, and other important announcements leading up to December 12 will be communicated through Tabroom.
