EVENTS
Competition on the Sept/Oct Topics for Lincoln Douglas & Public Forum will be held in Novice, JV, & Varsity Divisions.

· Lincoln Douglas Novice: "Resolved: In the United States, national service ought to be mandatory."

· Lincoln Douglas JV/Varsity: "Resolved: Outer space colonization is a moral imperative."

· Public Forum: "Resolved: The United States federal government should enact a moratorium on hyperscale data center construction."

Competition will be held in Novice and JV/Varsity Congressional Debate, including a final round for both divisions.

· Congressional Legislation Packet coming October 2026.

LOGISTICS

· Dress Code: TBD

· We will be offering an LD/PF new-judge training from 8:00-8:30 AM. This is an optional session. Content will be geared toward judges who do not have prior debate experience.
