Festival Invitation

Dear Middle School Speech and Debate Coach:

We would like to invite you to Cade Middle School’s speech, drama, and debate festival. Cade Middle School is located in Victoria, Texas, 77904.

All events will occur on Saturday only.

Eligibility

This festival is open to all accredited public and private schools (schools that students attend for compulsory attendance purposes).

We do not accept entries from non-school based clubs.

Deadlines

Registration will open at 8:00 am on Monday, August 10, 2026. Once we reach capacity, new schools will not be able to register.

Because our campus is small, we must limit the size of our festival. To give schools an equal opportunity to enter their students, we will implement the following procedures:

• When registration opens on Monday, August 10, each school will be initially limited to...

• 10 entries per event in individual events.

• 8 entries in Congressional Debate.
  
  

After Tuesday, September 1, per-school entry limits will be increased if we have space and people will be pulled from the Waitlist.

New entries will not be accepted after 6:00 pm on September 18, 2026.

The drop deadline is 6:00 pm on Friday, September 18, 2026. Drops after this deadline will forfeit the original entry fee. You can make name substitutions during registration.

We are working with vendors and will also have a concession stand running throughout the entire tournament.
