Initial Owen L. Coon 2026 Details

Once we have confirmed our classroom access in mid-late July we will post a complete invite & open Tabroom for entries, here are some initial details for now:

Dates: September 12-14, 2026
Location: We are currently planning on hosting all debates, including elims, on campus in Evanston
Format: We anticipate eight preliminary rounds and at least a full double-octofinal bracket in Open
Modality: We will be open to both live and virtual entries
Divisions: We anticipate offering Open, JV, and Novice divisions, pending sufficient demand for Novice and JV.
