We hope that everyone has been keeping safe and healthy! The faculty, staff, students, administration, and alumni of the California State University, Long Beach would like to cordially invite you to attend the 34th Annual Jack Howe Memorial Speech and Debate Tournament, hosted by the CSULB “Beach Forensics” Program on Saturday, October 3rd - October 5th, 2026 . Please note that the 5th is for Policy, Public Forum, and TOC LD elimination rounds only to be held at the tournament hotel. As in past years, we will offer Parliamentary, Policy, Public Forum, Congressional, Worlds, and 3 divisions of LD debate in addition to the TOC/ NIETOC Individual Events categories. Space will be limited until 2028.
