The Blumer Memorial at CSU Fullerton

The Blumer is a regional college invitational hosted at CSU Fullerton in Fullerton, CA. We will be offering a Rookie CARD division as well as Informative Speaking, Persuasive Speaking, Impromptu, and Oral Interpretation.

CSU Fullerton unfortunately does not have good guest WiFi - it's imperative that students download all files they will need to compete before arriving on campus.
