Fees and Hospitality

We do not make a profit from the tournament. That is not the goal; our goal is to provide a quality event for the community.

Policy Debate (in-person): $120 per entry
LD Debate (online): $50 per entry

Hired judge fee: $350 per missing judge (contact me if you have a hired judge request)

Hospitality:
In-person events: dinner Friday, lunch Saturday, breakfast Sunday, snacks available during the day.
Online events: Personalized trophies that are mailed to competitors after the event ends.

What are we paying for with our entry?
1. Provided meals and snacks
2. Trophies
3. Some extra hired judges to improve the pool
4. Tournament running costs (tabroom fees, custodial and security)
