Hello everyone!

This tournament is open to anybody at any level. We will be using the Lincoln Douglas March/April topic.

In order to make this tournament accessible, the entry fee is only $10. Judge obligation: 1 per two entries.

We will be one judge short. If somebody provides an extra judge they will NOT have to pay the entry fee. If we cannot find a judge, then that round will be decided afterwards by the debaters. I understand that that might sound really bad, but it will be at max only one round per debater. More details will follow.

We will be having 4 rounds, and then up to 2 elimination rounds depending on how many people enter.

MAIN GOOGLE MEET: [link coming soon]. Join this after every round, before every round. If you are not there 15 minutes before the round I will assume that you are not participating.

SCHEDULE:

Friday:

4:00 PM PST - Judge check-in (Google meets link for ALL JUDGES WILL BE HERE SOON)

4:30 PM PST - Round 1

5:45 PM PST - Round 2

Saturday

7:30 PM PST - Judge check-in (Using same Google meets as above)

8:00 PM PST - Round 3

9:15 PM PST - Round 4

Awards ceremony: Speaker awards (determined by average speaks). Sadly there is NO monetary prize but you will get free entrance to the next tournament (held monthly, most likely).

10:45 PM PST - Elimination Round 1

12 PM PST - Elim 2 (if needed)

I will also be a competitor in this competition but be assured that I will make sure everything is fair! As for judging, if I am eliminated before the elimination rounds I will judge
