Dear Speech and Debate Coaches:

You are cordially invited to the 2026 Arizona Speech and Debate Coaches Association Spring Conference on April 18, 2026. We will register at 8:30 AM and start our conference business at 9:00 AM.

This meeting will allow us to review the tentative 2026-2027 season calendar, vote on proposals, and elect new officers. This day is recommended for those who are serving as the contracted coach or sponsor for their team. We will provide state recertification credit for teachers who attend.

Registration

To register, go to http://azcoachesconference.tabroom.com and sign up as a judge. You do not need to enter any students. So we can get an accurate count, all coaches from your team attending the conference should be listed as “judges.”

Cost

The yearly ASDCA dues are $120, but those are charged at Winter Trophy. If you attend the conference and wish to vote on the items discussed, please ensure your ASDCA dues are up to date by contacting ASDCA Treasurer Chris Haak (chaak@susd.org). Lunch will be provided by the ASDCA.

The updated tentative calendar will be updated and posted by the Spring conference at azspeechanddebate.org. Please let Andrea Jewett (andrea.jewett@dvusd.org) know if any changes need to be made from there.
