n order to compete in Congress Quals a student must have competed at least once in congress during the year.

Location: Windward School 11350 Palms Blvd, Los Angeles CA 90066

Recently we have had more competing PO’s than we can accommodate.

Fees: $20 for Speakers $10 for POs

Competing PO’s will be chosen based on these criteria:

1. Experienced over Inexperienced

2. Order of entry

Registration: 8:00 am

PO and Judge Instructions: 8:30 am

PO & Judge instructions times are approximate

Round One 9:00 am - 10:30am

Round Two 11:00 am – 12:30 pm

Semis 1:15pm – 2:45 pm

Finals 3:15pm – 4:45 pm

Awards 5:15 pm – 5:45 pm
