Welcome to the VPM Congress!

We are hosting an evening of in-person competition on Friday March 6, 2026

Legislation can be sent to timscheff@aol.com by Monday, March 2 at Noon. Please ensure that bills meet the single page requirement in the WFCA rules. If there is no issues with the formatting of submitted legislation, I will endeavor to post the legislation before the end of the school day.

We ask that each school participating provide one judge per school.

A dinner will be provided to competitors and adults at no cost.

Fees are $0 per student, that's correct. This is a free event.
Thank you to the schools that waive fees for us, allowing us to pay it forward here for all schools, regardless of their ability to host a congress.

School ends at 3:40, we recommend that you do not arrive prior 4 to allow for the parking lot and hallway chaos to die down. If you arrive earlier than the end of the school day you may be asked by security to wait outside until release.
