Events & Eligibility
Students enrolled in grades 5-8 are eligible to compete at this tournament.
Events offered: Impromptu; Extemporaneous; Original Advocacy/Original Oratory (combined); Parliamentary Debate
Students may double-enter in any combination of events at their own-risk.
Speech events will followNSDA Rules. Parliamentary Debate will follow NPDL Round Rules.

Judge Requirements
The judging obligation is 1 judge per 2 entries for Debate events and rounds up (e.g. if you have 3 entries you owe 2 judges).
The judging obligation is 1 judge per 3 entries for Speech events and rounds up (e.g. if you have 4 entries you owe 2 judges).
High School students with varsity-level competitive experience may judge. Judges must have Tabroom.com accounts with their email and phone number, and must have completed NSDA Level 1 accreditation trainings.

Fees & Payment
$20 per entry in all Speech events & Congress
$40 per entry in Parliamentary Debate
Lunch and snacks is provided free of charge to all participants.
Payments may be made by PayPal. Please include the school name in the payment memo.
No hired judges are available for this tournament.
$50 nuisance fines may be assessed for judges who fail to show up for rounds.
