Dear Forensic Coach,

The Forensics Team at Hays High School invites you to attend the Hays Arrowhead Forensics Invitational Tournament on Friday March 27th & Saturday March 28th. You may bring up to 24 entries, not including One-Act entry (1 per school).

Friday: One Act, Congress, LD
Saturday: All 1A-6A IE Events

Schedule and Tournament Information:

 There will be 3 preliminary rounds and one final round.; The top six in each event will receive medals.

 Finalists and final rankings will be determined from their cumulative totals.

 Sweepstakes will be based on the top 12 entries from the 3 preliminary rounds.

 There will be no minimum entry to qualify for the team sweepstakes.

 There will be plaques for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place sweepstakes awards.

 Each student is limited to three events and may not enter twice in the same event.

 NOTE: Students may enter only one “Draw” or “Preparation” event, with the exception of Impromptu.

 We ask that for every 12 entries, you bring one extra judge, besides the coach.
