Dear DUDL Coaches and Assistant Coaches:

I would like to invite you to attend the DUDL/DCFL #6 on Saturday, February 7, 2026. The tournament will be held at Alex Manoogian Hall (corner of the John C. Lodge Freeway and West Warren Ave.) Parking can be found about 200 yards north of the hall on the Lodge service drive. We are no longer able to provide passes for free parking in the structure.

The tentative schedules are as follows:

POLICY:

Registration and Light Breakfast: 8 am-8:30 am (Room to be determined)

Rd. 1 Pairings released: 8:30 am

Rd. 1: 9 am

Rd. 2: 11 am

Lunch break: 1 pm

Rd. 3: 2 pm

Rd. 4: 4 pm

Awards: 6 pm (or as soon as possible)

PUBLIC FORUM(only if there is interest):

Registration and Light Breakfast: 8 am-8:30 am (Room to be determined)

Judges Meeting: 8:30 am

Rd. 1 Pairings Released: 8:45 am

Rd. 1: 9 am

Rd. 2: 10:15 am

Rd. 3: 11:30 am

Lunch break: 12:45 pm

Rd. 4: 1:45 pm

Final Rd: 3 pm

Awards: 4:15 pm (PF only)

As for judging, one judge is required for every two two-person teams entered (including maverick debaters). If you absolutely need additional judges, please let us know no later than Monday, Feb 2, 2026.

In policy, please be sure that your judges are head coaches, assistant coaches and other judges who are well versed in policy debate's rules, customs and conventions. Lay judges are permitted in public forum debate only.
