Clear Falls Online Knight Invitational TFA IQT

2026 — NSDA Campus, TX/US

Welcome To The 2nd Ever Clear Falls Knight Online Invitational

Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we are happy to announce that the Knight Invitational TFA IQT will be making its return to the 2025-2026 TFA season!

As such, you are invited to join us on Monday, January 26th, and Tuesday, January 27th, for the 2nd Ever Clear Falls Knight Online Invitational TFA IQT Tournament. We will be using the NSDA Campus platform to make this tournament accessible to the entire TFA community. We are also hosting on this Monday/Tuesday part of the TFA weekend to avoid schedule conflicts with our sister school, Clear Creek H.S., which is hosting their annual Wildcat Classic.

In regards to how we will run the Online version of our tournament, we'll be mirroring the successful schedule used last year by the Houston Be Someone TFA Tournament, with a few modifications to accommodate more schools and entries.

Please review the different information pages linked on the right for tournament rules, schedules, etc.

To ensure we have adequate time to evaluate our judging and NSDA Campus needs, we have set Thursday, January 22nd by 5:00 p.m. as the deadline for entries. The free-drop deadline (at which point judge registration and fees will be locked in) will be Friday, January 23rd by 5 p.m. Because late drops can be pretty disruptive, we will charge a nuisance fee for late drops in addition to forfeiture of the entry fee.

Additionally, because we are running a tight schedule so competition will hopefully not overlap with your school days, we will have cross entry limits in IEs, as well as between IEs and Debate events since Debate elims will happen somewhat concurrently with IEs rounds.

Lastly, to ensure that the tournament is accessible to as many students as possible, we are putting all entries on waitlists and have a soft cap per school of 4 entries per event. We may allow some entries beyond the cap if those schools have judges available to help expand the judging pool. Our priority is making this as smooth an online tournament experience for you and your students.

If you have any questions or anticipate exceeding the soft cap in any event, please email me at tcosenza@ccisd.net and tocosenza@yahoo.com (since our school email filter sometimes gets a little too restrictive).

Thank you for considering our resurrected TFA IQT. We hope you'll join us.

Sincerely,

Mr. Tomas Cosenza

Head Coach - The Clear Falls Knights Debate, Speech, and Interp Teams.
