This tournament is only open for schools within the WBFL league. It is also a bid tournament in speech forTOC hosted by The University of Kentucky (UK).

Double Entry Policy:There are no event patterns for this tournament. Therefore, students must notify their judge at the start of the round if they are double-entered, allowing the judge to adjust the speaking order accordingly. Please ask students compete in the event in which they are the higher speaker order. For example, if a student is speaker 1 in OO and speaker 3 in INFO, they should go to their OO round first.

If a student is participating in Extemp, please compete their Extemp event first.

If a student is unable to complete both of their speeches within the allocated round time, they may risk disqualification. Students are permitted to enter a maximum of 2 events.

Extemp Prep: For students in Extemp, the round begins 30 minutes before the listed round times. Students need to check in and prep in the Extemp Room (Room 218) for every round. For example, Extemp Prep will begin at 8:30 on the day of the tournament.

Room Numbers: Anything between 218 and 234 is the first floor of the main building. 308-329 is main building third floor. B150-151 are right next to Stivelman theatre where we hold awards. 181-184 are classroom building ground floor, and 280-288 are classroom building second floor.
