Topeka High

Glenn E. Burnett Invitational

Consider yourself welcomed and invited to Topeka High on Friday, January 23rd, and Saturday, January 24th. We look forward to opening our doors and our hearts to your students to kick of the 2026 forensics season.

On Friday we will host novice and varsity congress, LD debate and PFD.

On Saturday we will host HI, DI, DUO, PRO, POE, POI, DX, IX, IMP, OO, INFO 7, and INFO 10.

Assume all rules align with KSHSAA and the NSDA, with INFO 7 and IMP defaulting to KSHSAA regulations.

Finals will be cumulative

sweeps will be determined by your top 15 entries (Sat. only)

For better or worse I am not one for details, so just assume the rest of this invite looks exactly like every other one that you have received this year. Be honest, you aren’t reading most of it anyway. But if there are specific questions please let me know.

3:30-rd 1 LD/PFD, session one congress 8:00-first draw

4:30-rd 2 LD/PFD, session two congress 8:00-9:30-round one

5:30- rd 3 LD/PFD, session 3 congress (90 minutes) 9:30-second draw

6:30-rd 4 LD/PFD 9:45-11:15-rd 2

Awards ASAP in room 103 (LD/PFD) and in chamber (congress) 11:15- third draw

11:30-1:00- rd 3
1:15-finals draw
