Welcome to the annual Grass Lake "Spear"tational Tournament!

Hosted by Grass Lake High School.

We will be following MIFA guidelines for all events.

Middle school students are welcome.

Judges are required to be there all day.

School Fees are as follows:

$25 per school base fee. Individual events - $10.00, Duo Interp./Commentary - $15, Multiple - $20. Drops and adds after the deadline - $20.

We have a small number of judges to hire if needed. Please, email ASAP if you will be needing a judge hired. ($100 per judge).

Checks should be made payable to Grass Lake Community Schools.

If weather appears to become an issue on the day of the tournament, the determination to go to a virtual format will be made early in the week - prior to the registration deadline. Fees are still owed if your team cancels registration after the deadline. Awards have been purchased.

7:30 - 8:00 - Judge Check in/Registration

8:15 - 8:45 - General/Judge Meeting

8:15 - 8:30 - Limited prep - meeting/speaker order draw

9:00 - Round One

10:15 - Round Two

11:30 - Round Three

Lunch - 12:30- 1:15

Semi-finals - 1:30 (if needed)

Finals - 3:15

Awards - 5:30
