This is an asynchronous tournament with only state level speech events in an open division. Entry fees are $5. Rules follow the typical WA state format.

Registration is due by Wednesday. Judges and videos much be entered by Thursday at 10pm. Ballots will be released Friday morning and available until Saturday at 6pm. Judge must have hit "Accept Ballot" by 7pm Friday but have till the next day to complete them.

Please make sure videos are available to people outside your organization. Uploading to Youtube as an unlisted but public video is best.
