Clear Falls UIL Academics Invitational Tournament Information

***Update: If your are planning on entering students for our UIL Academics Invitational, please email Mr. Tomas Cosenza at tcosenza@ccisd.net so he knows to expect your entry. And ideally please complete the form linked below at your earliest convenience. We may make decisions on whether some events will be offered or not based on the interest in those events through Thursday afternoon. Thank you.***

Greetings,

In order to give our area UIL Academics programs an opportunity to test their Academics events teams using UIL Materials A test to prepare for their District contests, Clear Falls' UIL Academics would like to invite you to participate in our first UIL Academics Invitational Tournament.

Because Tabroom.com is primarily used to host speech and debate tournament registrations and tabulation for those types of competitions, it isn't necessarily streamlined to handle UIL Academics contests. But it does have some good uses, like serving as an information hub.

As such, please see the buttons to the right for our expected schedule, campus information, and contest rules.

Below, you will find a link to a Microsoft Form that you will use to register your entries for our contest. Upon submission of your entry, I will email you confirmation of your entry, as well as an invoice that you can submit to your bookkeeper for payment of the modest entry fees we are charging to facilitate the hosting of this event. If Clear Falls or Clear Creek ISD are not already set-up as vendors for your campus or district, please email me any needed paperwork to tcosenza@ccisd.net and tocosenza@yahoo.com (sometimes our school email filter gets overly restrictive) and I will effort to get those back as soon as possible.

We will accept entries up until Noon on Friday, January 30th, 2026 - at which point we'll disable the Microsoft Form from accepting new entries. This is so we can properly plan for the contest the following day.

We will have modest awards for the top placing students in each event to recognize their achievements.

If you have any questions, please let me know via the email addresses above.

Thank you and we hope to see you on the 31st of this month.

Sincerely,

Mr. Tomas Cosenza

UIL Academics Coordinator
