We welcome you to Hampton-Dumont-CAL High School for the Bulldog Speech & Debate Rumble. We will offer Student Congress, Novice Public Forum, and Varsity Public Forum for debate. For speech, we will offer Duo/Ensemble, Acting (HI/DI), Prose, Poetry, POI/Lit Program, Original Oratory, Storytelling (IHSSA rules), and Musical Theater. This would be a great tournament to prepare for the state tournament and district qualifiers.

FEES & JUDGING

We want to keep fees low to encourage participation. Any single person event entry fee is $5, and any group entry will have a $10 entry fee. Each Student Congress judge will cover 6 entries and each Public Forum judge will cover 3 entries. Each Speech judge will cover 6 entries. Any uncovered judge will be a $50 fee.

RULES:

Hampton-Dumont-CAL will follow IHSSA rules for Storytelling and Musical Theater. The topic for Public Forum will be the NSDA November/December topic.
