WSFA OPENING ROUNDS
2025 — NSDA Campus, WA/US
Main
You are invited to the WSFA Opening Rounds on-line tournament for novices on Saturday, November 1, 2025!
This will be an easy three rounds of speech and debate for novice competitors… and open members are encouraged to be the judges for this tournament! Open members remember how scary the opening rounds can be– their unique mentorship this early in the season can help younger students find the courage to keep competing in our activity.

World School Debate… both sides on the prepared motion “This House would lower the voting age in the United States to 16 years of age.” plus one impromptu round.
Lincoln Douglas Debate… the NSDA Nov/Dec topic.
