Hello all,

All East Kansas Schools are invited to the East Kansas Novice Positive Experience Tournament.

Details:

1 judge per team. Ideally, a 50/50 split of Varsity Students & Parent Judges.

2 judges per debate. Ideally, 1 Varsity HS student, and 1 Parent Judge.

$7 an entry, includes a pizza deal meal for all of the kids. Order ahead on tabroom.

Varsity Novice = Novices who debated the opening weekend.

Rookie Novice = Novices at their first tournament.

Olathe West physically hosts.

Online ballots required for HS students, strongly encouraged for parent judges. Please indicate so in the notes box while signing them up. We will add a * to each judge you request this for. Judges with an asterisk (*) will let us know to ensure that we get a paper ballot into their hands.

Your judgment on which HS students are acceptable judges. They will have minimum word counts for their ballots.

Best ballot awards for Varsity HS kids. Nominated by coaches.
