You are invited to compete in The Robert D. Nordyke Memorial Debate Tournament! The tournament will be consistent with KSHSAA rules for Regional and State competition. This will be a four round tournament for both Novice, JV and Open divisions. The Novice division will be using the Novice Caselist. Entry fees are $6 per entry. Registration will begin at 7:00 am, with Round 1 beginning at 8:00 am. We will offer a 45 minute break for lunch.

We will have a tournament-wide cap of 75 entries. We will be limited on the number of judges that we can provide, so I will have to ask that you bring at least one judge per 2 entries (3rd and 4th year debaters can judge the Novices). The requirement on judges may change as we get closer to the tournament, so please do keep that in mind.

We will be using Tabroom.com. Please confirm your entry by Wednesday, November 5, at 5:00 PM. You will be expected to pay for all entries as they stand after this time.

We plan on medaling the top eight (8) teams in each division, and giving plaques for the top three (3) schools in sweeps.

There will be a hospitality room set up for judges and coaches, and we will try to have a concession stand open for all of the competitors. As far as lunch options, there are plenty of fast food options nearby.
