MoState College Tournament

2025 — Springfield, MO/US

Tournament Zoom

Strong Hall WIFI - MSU Sponsored. Password is rain!bumper

The tournament is in STRONG HALL, which most of you have never entered before. 900 S Holland Ave, Springfield, MO 65897 We recommend parking in LOT 20, which is blue on this map. It is the only blue lot allowed by the pass, which also allows any yellow.https://map.missouristate.edu/printable/ParkingMap.pdf

You should print the uploaded parking pass, fold in half, and have the code visible on the driver's side dash. At 2:30pm on Saturday, we host SMU in football. The game is sold out, which never happens. Coming in for round 3 should get you ahead of the crowds, but if your car leaves the space near game time you might end up walk a LONG way from wherever you find a spot in a Yellow Lot. On the map, think lots 25, 35, or the farther north multi-color lots. Ouch. 38 is great but probably full on Sat afternoon. We will bring in food and hopefully the pre-game intoxicated will roam directions other than Strong Hall.

2 rounds on Friday, 4 on Saturday, and a commensurate number of elims on Sunday. Schedule times below are for 2025.

We hope to maximize In-Person participation as much as possible, and will nudge toward fully live consistent with power matching and mpj.

Please register TBA's early to give us (and others) a representation of what the pool might look like.

Please complete judge prefs by10am on Friday, Sept 12. We will schedule r1 r2 after that point.

Please communicate with us ASAP if a judge needs a certain round off. We expect to use nearly all judges in the 1st elim Sunday morning.

Our hope is to have a live tournament experience with most rounds including a live opponent and judge, but we recognize budget concerns and last minute health issues may require some online entries. We will accept up to two online entries per school in each division, and will consider the effects of waitlisted entries on other attendees based on turnout.
