Welcome to the Outreach Summer Camp Tournament! Do not register yourself for this tournament. At some point during the camp, you will fill out a form confirming your participation (or lack thereof) in this tournament, and Outreach administration will register you for the tournament.

Resolved: The United Kingdom should rejoin the European Union.

Rules:

• Since the schedule is very tight, we will be enforcing a strict 10 minute forfeit rule. In other words, if one team is not in the room 10 minutes past start time, the team that is there will be given a win. If both teams do not show, both will be assigned a loss.
• When joining a room, all competitors should be named "(entry code) - (full name)", for example "Labtwotwo LL - Alice Luo". All judges should be named "Judge - (full name)", for example "Judge - Leon Le" and all spectators should be named "Spectator - (full name)", for example "Spectator - Tristan Mankovsky".

Progressive Policy is:

A. No progressive argumentation in preliminary rounds without consent from both teams. This include all forms of theory, Ks, independent voting issues, Phil, and tricks.

B. If you believe that there is a reason why progressive debate should be allowed, appeal to the judge who will make a decision. I trust all of my instructors and judges. Judge discretion is the ultimate arbiter.

C. In the case that you make it to elimination rounds, all arguments are allowed (don't be discriminatory of course)
