Mrs. Jane Balgavy is a longtime, former Director of Debate and Forensics of Cabot High School. She is a paragon in the speech and debate community, and we are excited to celebrate her legacy of success by naming our sweepstakes awards after Mrs. Balgavy.

Cumulative Sweeps: 1st, 2nd, 3rd for all high schools and all junior highs

Debate Sweeps: 1st, 2nd, 3rd

Speech Sweeps: 1st, 2nd, 3rd

Squad Efficiency: 1st, 2nd, 3rd for schools with at least 15 entries
