2026 April Topic | Resolved: The United States should eliminate the President’s authority to deploy military forces abroad without Congressional approval.

Policy Debate (Cross-Examination)

There are no argument restrictions for the Novice Division at the Championship

Note: Rounds 1 and 2 are virtual on NSDA Campus on Friday evening, May 15. Rounds 3–6 and all elimination rounds are in person at The New School on Saturday and Sunday.
