Session II (Which is really a continuation of Session I) Ice Breakers, Robot Tax, Tariffs

Debate-KC has agreed to prohibit motions to suspend the docket in order to debate session 1 bills in session 2 or vice-versa. Please tell your students not to try. We will also be informing the judges to not allow such motions.
