Obviously, most events are shorter than policy. The tournament plans to release pairings as early as possible. I will collect coach's contact info and make it available in the shared availability spreadsheet.

Want your debate to start earlier/later? Create an email chain with the contact info of your opponent and assigned judge and the coaches of the two schools and work it out. We will have WebEx call (like zoom, but not zoom). The WebEx call will be available during that 3-hour time slot for each debate. The default assumption is that debates will occur at the assigned Start Time unless otherwise negotiated amongst the participants.

Remember that we are working around MANY students and judges' summer work/class/internship/camps etc schedules. Obviously, we could get more PF/LD/BQ/WS rounds done in less time, but those time blocks allow those with differing availability to still get a few rounds in.
