The International Debate League (IDL) is proud to welcome you to our first annual online debate world championship!

With roots going back decades, the IDL has been at the forefront of world-class debate in person across the world. We bring together the best debaters from each country and crown one team or student as the world champion. We are excited to finally reform our tournament into a more accessible format for those around the world, an online tournament. We offer debates in policy, public forum, lincoln douglass, and congressional with prelims, as many extra rouds as we need, and one, decesive final round.
