Here is some important information for the day:

1. Vans and cars can park in the garage attached to the Palumbo Center. There are two entrances, one on 8th Street (one way going east) and 9th Street (two-way street). Busses can park in the Cathedral Prep parking lot on 9th and Myrtle.
2. All participants should enter the Palumbo Center through the bookstore door on 8th and Peach.
3. All head coaches should stop at the registration table (which you will see when you walk in the bookstore door) to confirm entries and pick up lunch tickets.
4. Students and judges arriving on their own must check in with their school's head coach so he/she can confirm the team.
5. REGISTRATION IS FROM 7:30 am - 8:15 pm. All coaches, judges, and competitors must be checked in by 8:15.
6. After check-in, report to the 3rd floor Atrium for the Opening Meeting which should begin around 8:20/8:30.
7. Gannon University's President, Dr. Walter Iwanenko, will welcome us to campus and talk about the opportunities at Gannon for our students.
8. There will be a judge meeting in Room 3200 at 8:40. Speech and Congress judges must attend.
