East Ace Forensics Invitational

2025 — Wichita, KS/US

Wichita East Blue Aces
Forensics Invitational 2024

Wichita East High School

2301 E. Douglas Ave., Wichita, KS, 67211

February 28th & March 1st, 2025

We invite you to attend the Wichita East Blue Aces Forensics Invitational on February 28th and March 1st, 2025. We will have Friday and Saturday events, including a Big Questions Debate.

Payment must be submitted with the attached invoice from tabroom.com. All independent entry fees for Friday are $8.00, independent entry fees for Saturday are $7.00, paired event (IDA, Duo, Duet) entry fees are $10. Entries to the Big Questions Debate are free. Registration is on Tabroom.

Judging: Please provide at least 2 judges per 12 entries into our tournament. My team is fairly large, but they often struggle to find willing community judges. We will do our best to return the favor and provide extra judges to your tournaments in the future. Otherwise, our hired judging pool will be parents, teachers, and former students.

We will offer a catered hospitality lounge for coaches and judges. This should include parfaits, fruit, donuts, and coffee in the morning on Saturday with a catered Middle Eastern lunch. There will be vegan and vegetarian options available. Students will have the opportunity to purchase a meal deal from concessions– we have yet to figure out what that meal deal will be, but it will be under $7.00. Boba might return if there is interest. We will also have concessions and a bake sale.

If you need accessibility accommodations, please notify me immediately. I will have a student show you all of our most accessible routes around the building.

Please read ahead for tournament guidelines, Friday information, and Saturday information.
