Welcome to the University of Maryland Spring Open Invitation

Dear coaches,

We are thrilled to invite you to our first open tournament taking place on May 3rd. The University of Maryland Spring Open will feature an in person PF division on our campus. Teams for each PF division will be capped at 50.In person PF will take place on campus based in Jimenez hall.

Entry Fees (Per team):In person PF: $60/team

Hired judge fees of $150/PF team - fees are waived if teams bring their own judge. There will be a judge replacement fee per round a judge does not show up for ($125).

Participants traveling to attend are welcome to reserve accommodations on their own accord.

The Hotel at The University of Maryland (7777 Baltimore Ave, College Park, MD 20740) is a

conveniently located hotel on campus.

Weekend parking is available at no cost in Lots #1 (#1B, #1C, #1D, #1F). See attached map, here. Please follow all posted parking restrictions. You can find Lot 1 by routing to Tawes Hall, which is also close walking distance to Jimenez.

All participants, coaches, and judges are responsible for their own food throughout thetournament. Numerous dining options are available on campus, including in the Stamp Student Union nearby competition site.
