**Congress Sessions - approx 1.5 hours each

**Speech rounds - approx. 1 hour each

Round 1 - 9:00 - 10:30

Round 2 - 11:00 - 12:30

Lunch 12:30 - 1:15

Round 3 - 1:15 - 2:45

Awards - 3:00 - 3:30
