Entries: There is no entry limit in each event. The top 25 contestants from each school will
be determined for team trophies. No double entries. No double entries.

The deadline is noon on Monday, January 26.
Registration fees will be calculated based on the students and hired judges entered as of
noon on January 26, plus any added later. Judge requirements will increase with added
students. You may make changes to your team roster on Tabroom until noon on Friday,
January 30. After that you can only make changes through Amy Geyser at geyser@muhs.edu.
Drops after January 26 do not reduce your fees or your judge requirement.
Judges: Each school must supply one qualified judge for every five entries or fraction
thereof. (For example, if you have ten entries, you must provide two judges. If you have
eleven entries, you must provide three judges.) A limited number of hired judges will be
available at $150 each.
Awards: Awards:
Individual -- Trophies will be awarded to the top three students in each event. Medals will
be awarded to the finalists.
Teams –- Places 1 – 3 in Small (5-11 entries based on quality), Medium (12-18 entries
based on quality) and Large (19-25 entries based on total points). Points will be calculated
based on each team’s top 25 entries. Results: All team results will be available for download at tabroom.com.
Food: Breakfast and lunch items will be available for purchase in the Cannon Commons on
the ground level. Complimentary breakfast and lunch will be provided for coaches, judges
and drivers.

Buses: Drop off on Michigan Avenue between 33rd and 34th Streets. Buses should not enter
the circle drive. Bus parking is available in the student lot on the southwest corner of 34th
and Michigan. No entry at the Wisconsin Avenue doors. No entry at the Wisconsin Avenue doors.
Cars/Vans: Drop off in the circle drive on Michigan Avenue between 33rd and 34th. Park in
the faculty/staff lot adjacent to the circle drive. Enter the school through the glass doors on
the circle drive. No entry at the Wisconsin Avenue doors. No entry at the Wisconsin Avenue doors.

commitments and cover entry fees which become binding at noon on Thursday, January 29.
Fees: $15 per entry, includes dinner for students and judges.
Judges: One well-trained judge for every eight Congress entries. Judges are obligated for
both sessions.
