Protest Procedure

• Protests must be filed in the tab room in writing by the coach representative within one hour of the end of the round and will be adjudicated by the West OK Committee.

• No protests regarding tabulation will be permitted after the awards assembly.

• Written protest must include the following:

• Name of the school advisor or authorized adult representative(s) filing protest and school, city, state

• Signature of advisor /coach or authorized adult representative, who must be on site

• Code and speaker number of person/team being protested

• Round/section/room of person/team being protested

• Specific infraction being protested described with supporting detail and page numbers from the manual
