A note about commitment:

Your competitor’s registration is a commitment to compete. Dropping an event for any reason other than illness or family emergency must be done BEFORE registration closes. After that point, each competitor needs to follow through with his/her commitment to compete.

Cedarville University has a policy with regards to the safety of children. That policy respects your authority and responsibility as parents, but also includes supervision rules about children in 5th grade or younger. Those younger students must be accompanied by a parent, be in line of site, or be under the care of a designated adult. You, as parents, are responsible for your children's welfare and behavior while on campus. No student should be at the event without a parent unless discussed first with the Tournament Director and with a written and signed letter designating the responsible adult and the judges replacing them in the judge pool.
