Main Entrance for the day of the tournament along with any notes regarding nuances

Indicate what time students/teams should arrive

GWMS dismissal takes place between 2:45–3:00 pm. In order to guarantee a seamless arrival, Administration is requesting that participating schools arrive no earlier than 3:15 p.m.

Indicate what time students/teams are allowed into the building

Schools/Teams will start being let into the building starting promptly at 3:30pm

Gathering space/place for students before/between rounds

GWMS Escorts will guide teams into Auditorium. There you will receive a welcome greeting and important information regarding tonights tournament.

Coaches will receive information to disseminate to their teams as they deem fit.

Students can access bathrooms that are centered in the middle of 7th and 8th grade level pods where rounds will be held.

Adults (Coaches/judges)

The adult restrooms are situated right across from the hospitality room and in grade-level pods where rounds will be conducted.

Gender Neutral/Single-Use

Gender-neutral restrooms are available as you walk in each of the grade level pods.

Administration is asking that NO ONE ARRIVE prior to 3:15pm. If you have to arrive prior to 3:15pm you MUST pull through the bus entrance and proceed to the back of the building (See Map).

When you pull up please enter through the bus entrance (2nd turn in). Come up the hill and make a left this will take you towards the back of the school . Drop off is at the auditorium doors(X) that will be labeled. You will use the the turn around at the end of the drive to exit back out (YOU CAN NOT STAY PARKED BACK THERE).

Once regular dismissal is cleared buses can re-enter the parking lot and us the circle drive and front parking.
