• Parking, Entering, & Exiting Instructions

1. Arrival: School gets out at 2:35 PM. School buses will be parked and lined up all over the school. Buses will be lined up all around the building. There will also be a busy car pool line as well, If buses could arrive after 3PM, there will be no issue with parking in the back. Buses and Vehicles will need to park in the Regional Medical Center parking lot, located on 68th Street and Holmes Road. 1. If buses arrive between 2 - 2:45, please wait at this location until after 3 PM.

2. Entrance & Exit: Once buses are parked, teachers and students should enter the University Academy building through the 68th Street doors (CLICK HERE). Those are the doors directly facing the parking lot your bus will be parked in. Please look both ways before you cross the street. UA Student Advocates will be present at the doors to let you in. Once inside, they will guide you up the steps, and into the cafeteria where your team will have your very own area. Please look for a sign on a table with your School’s name. The cafeteria will be our main gathering area. Kids will eat their food in the cafeteria, and awards will be presented there as well.

• If you or your students need any assistance, please do not hesitate to ask one of our student advocates. We have more than 20 student advocates & advocates in training working the tournament. You will see them roaming or sitting around (hopefully working! LOL). They will be dressed in University Academy Attire.

Concessions: There will be concessions during the tournament. All snacks and food shall be eaten in the cafeteria only.
