·Preliminary Registration must be done by December 6th

· No new schools after Dec. 6th

· No new adds for registered schools after Dec. 19

· Waitlist will be based on date of request and room space

· There will be no penalty fee for drops up to Wednesday, January 8 at 4:00 PM.

· Any changes after Thursday, January 9 after 4:00 PM will be assessed as a coffee penalty.

· Changes on Friday, January 10 must also be accompanied by treats for the tab room.

· Entry fees: $10.00 school fee and $5.00 per entry/student.

· DEBATE LIMIT – 2 policy and 3 PF teams/LD per school.

· Requests for any additional teams must be emailed to me and I will attempt to accommodate based on order received and room space.
