We would like to formally invite you to the 31st annual Brookings Bell Speech and Debate Tournament to be held Dec. 19-20 at Brookings High School and Mickelson Middle School. We are offering competition in humorous, dramatic, and duet interp; novice, international, and domestic extemp; novice and varsity original oratory; novice and varsity LD; novice, junior varsity, and varsity policy; and novice, junior varsity, and varsity public forum debate.

Sweepstakes will be awarded for the top 3 schools in A and AA based on preliminary and final results of each school’s best entry in every division.

Please have entries registered by midnight, Tuesday, Dec. 16. Changes can be made through Thursday at noon. After that time, please email changes to sally.pies@k12.sd.us.
