Dear Coach:
We cordially invite you to attend the Hays High School Arrowhead Invitation on November 23rd, 2024. Students should be prepared for judges of all styles and experience.
The tournament will be four rounds. Medals will be awarded to the top 8 teams in all divisions. Sweeps will be determined by your top three teams with squads in at least 2 divisions. All entry fees are $7.00 per team. Registration deadline is November 20th.
We will offer concessionsfor debaters and a hospitality room for judges, coaches, and drivers. At present we are working on a meal deal for all competitors and guests with local food trucks. I will keep entered schools updated.
All entries will initially be placed on the waitlist. We will admit as many extra entries as possible, butmay require judges for entries beyond 5. There isno judge requirement at this time. However, depending on the size of the tournament, that may change. Advanced debaters with three or more years of experience may be used as judges for Novice rounds.
