A one day tournament focused on fun and learning… and, after costs, our team will be donating half of the profits from this tournament to the WSFA for a camp scholarship!

SCHEDULE:

8am… Round 1- LD, Policy, PF, Worlds; Session 1-Congress

10am… Round 1- Speech

11am… Round 2- LD, Policy, PF, Worlds; Session 2-Congress

1pm… Round 2- Speech

2pm… Round 3- LD, Policy, PF, Worlds; Session 3-Congress

4pm… Round 3- Speech

5pm… Round 4- LD, Policy, PF, Worlds; Super Congress- Session 1

7pm… FINALS for SPEECH and DEBATE! Double entered students will be placed first in

speech rounds.

8:30pm… AWARDS

EVENTS…

We will offer all WA State events, including Spoken Word Poetry!

We will offer Open and Novice LD on the November topic!
We will have Open and Novice PF on the November topic!

We will have Policy on the 24/25 topic!

We will have 4 rounds of impromptu Worlds!

JUDGING…

Please bring sufficient judges to cover your entries– this will be a great opportunity for new parents to learn in a relaxed environment. Additionally, students who are junior or seniors who have at least 2 years of debate experience are welcome to judge novice division.

Policy… 1 judge for every 2 entries!

LD… 1 judge for every 3 entries!
PF… 1 judge for every 3 entries!

Worlds… 1 judge for every 2 entries!

Congress… 1 judge for every 5 entries!

Speech… 1 judge for every 5 entries!

FEES….

School Fee… $40

Speech… $10 per entry

Debate… $10 per entry

Please remember that we will be donating half of the profits after costs to the WSFA to support a debate camp scholarship for someone in our state!
