Arrival Information:

School gets out at 2:30PM

We have buses lined up on the south side of the building at this time and car riders are picked up on the east side of the building. It's a decent traffic jam from about 2:30 - 2:45.

If buses could arrive after 3PM, there will be no issue with parking in the back.

If buses arrive between 2 - 2:45, please have them wait or park in the church parking lot to the east of the school until the parking clears out.

Gathering:
If we have anyone arriving before 3:15, people will be waiting in the auditorium until the cafeteria is finished with dinner and cleaning up. We should have the cafeteria available after 3:30 at the latest.
