Congress: Coaches should submit student-written legislation by email to John Russell (john.russell@navajoprep.com) no later than 11:59 PM on Monday, October 14. A docket will be released within 48 hours following that. Teams may submit as many items of legislation as they wish, but the docket will be organized to promote equity and balance in the debate. In other words, some legislation submissions may not make it onto the docket.
