--Friday online, Saturday in person. For Friday, please walk through this Tech Check sheet with ALL of your debaters BEFORE the tournament.

--People are encouraged to wear masks, especially when not speaking

--We will have some snacks available between rounds in the hallway on the first floor of Carlson School of Management

--Concessions for students will be available in both CSOM and Folwell

--We will hold a **short** awards ceremony at the conclusion of Round 3 on Saturday—location TBD depending on weather

Meals

--Snacks will be available on tables in the Basement floor of Carslon

--We will serve pizza after round 2. Debaters on west bank should go to Carlson and debaters on east bank should go to the basement of Folwell

Logistics

--Pickup and Drop-off—Best location for west bank is the traffic circle in front of Humphrey Hall (301 19th Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55455). Best location for east bank is the Pleasant St & Jones Hall bus stop.

--Buildings in use: West Bank: Humphrey, Carlson, Hanson. East Bank: Folwell Hall

--Rooms will also start to automatically lock beginning at 3:45pm—please do not leave your things unattended in a room

-Judge Obligations: Teams short a judge commitment will be billed since a judge will need to be hired to cover their commitment. The current rate is $75 for Friday and $140 for Saturday.

Community building:

We're encouraging all participants and attendees to embrace the cozy side of life by donning their coziest, most comfortable outfits. Whether it's your favorite sweater, tracksuit, pajamas, or any other attire that makes you feel warm and fuzzy, this is the day to wear it with pride! Although entry into the contest is not required to participate, Lily will take pictures of those entering the contest at lunch and tab staff will decide on a winner to present a tiny little trophy.
