Tournament Day Registration: 7:15 – 7:45

Only the team Head Coach or Assistant Coach should proceed through the registration line. Coaches should have invoice and registration forms printed from Tabroom and correct fees in check/large bills or paid online via the website.

SMA is a small campus and quite easily navigable, but all buildings will have clear signage in place and volunteer guides in uniform to assist participants. Head Coaches or Assistant Coaches should register in the media center in Windom, at the end of the inside hallway after entering via the breezeway (clearly indicated with signage). Competitors will report to the cafeteria, with spill-out space in the outdoor eating area. Judges will report to the gymnasium, which will be set up as a judges’ lounge. Please bring a copy of registration from Tabroom and a check payable to FGCCFL (or cash), or a PayPal receipt from the League website.

Schools MUST be registered no later than 7:45 AM. Announcements for students and judges will begin at 8:00 AM. Rounds should begin by 8:30 AM.

DIRECTIONS:

FROM I-75

Exit 210 at Fruitville. Take west to N. Orange Avenue until just before the intersection of N. Orange and 10th Street. Volunteers will be in place to guide traffic to either school parking or the JPL lot (indicated on map). Later arrivals will be more likely to have to park in the JPL lot, which is a walk of about a block and a half with no elevation change. Please notify the tournament’s head coach if you, a student, or a judge need a space reserved with a shorter walk time; we will accommodate and plan as needed.

FROM TAMIAMI TRAIL (US-41)

Exit the roundabout at N. Orange. At the intersection of 10th Street and N. Orange, students will be in place to guide traffic to either school parking or the JPL lot (indicated on map). Later arrivals will be more likely to have to park in the JPL lot, which is a walk of about a block and a half with no elevation change. Please notify the tournament’s head coach if you, a student, or a judge need a space reserved with a shorter walk time; we will accommodate and plan as needed.
