Welcome! We are so excited to host our 1st annual Kemp Jacket Jubilee and hope you’ll join us!

We will offer all UIL Academic and Speech & Debate events. We will be using independent materials and ASW computer for Spelling.

Coaches, judges, and bus drivers are welcome to relax in the Hospitality lounge.

Concessions will be available throughout the day in the Commons Area for your teams.

Registration will close on December 4th at noon. Any changes after the deadline can be submitted through email to anna.rhea@kempisd.org.

For Speech and Debate Entries:

All UIL topics will be used in debate. Prose/Poetry is Reader's Choice, and documentation will NOT be checked.

JUDGING:Each school is expected to supply a judge :

TWO CX debate entries;

THREE LD debate entries; OR

FOUR Extemp/Interp entries

MISSING JUDGE FEE:$150

FEES:

CX: $25/team

LD: $15

EXTEMP/INTERP: $10
